Essential Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
– At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HR.
– Proficiency in English is a must.

– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
– Proficient with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organization’s HR software.

Duties:

HR Manager
– Help with interviews, hires, and works collaboratively to onboard new staff.
– Provide a framework for constructive and timely performance evaluations.
– Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
– Work collaboratively to off-board departing employees.
– Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. 
– Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs. 
– Administer, oversee, or collaborate on the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters. disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. 
– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
– Assist with development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of current staff. 
– Nurture a positive working environment.
– Monitor and collaborate with other organizational leaders and advisors to ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance. 
– Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
 
Office Manager
– Answer the phone line and redirect calls or take messages as appropriate.
– Manage office supplies, equipment and maintenance, including ordering supplies and being on site to receive deliveries as needed.
– Own the day-to-day relationship with the office’s building manager and vendors.
– Deal with correspondence (responsible for the letterbox and processing the letters).
– Keep the office well-organized and welcoming for all staff and visitors.
– Schedule organisation-wide meetings and training sessions as required.
– Manage the planning and coordination of office events (planning retreats and away days, holidays and socials).
