Essential Requirements:
–Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related fields of study.
– Experience: 4+ years in software development with strong hands-on experience and 2+ years of active team management.
– Knowledge in web technologies, frameworks, data structures and design patterns.
– Proficiency with database systems.
– Experience in development and integration of APIs, ensuring performance, scalability and security.
– Versatility: Comfort working across the entire tech stack and willingness to jump in where needed.
– Problem Solver: Able to take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision.
– Detail-Oriented: Write clean, maintainable code and care deeply about quality.
– Collaborative: Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
– Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate:
Technical Leadership
– Guide system architecture, engineering standards and disciplined development processes that ensure reliability, maintainability and long term scalability.
– Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
– Support release planning and technical prioritization.
– Help the team move quickly without sacrificing reliability.
AI Native Development
– Integrate LLMs and AI assisted development workflows into engineering practices.
– Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development cycle.
– Design AI powered product features where relevant.
– Explore and implement emerging AI frameworks and tools that improve engineering productivity.
Skills
– A strong track record in designing and developing high-quality applications.
– Containerization and deployment workflows.
– Familiarity with ETL tools will be considered a plus.
– Experience in FinTech or RegTech is a plus.
– Experience working with business analytics is a plus.
Duties:
-Collect and document requirements and develop specifications.
– Research, evaluate and synthesize technical information to design, develop and test systems.
– Develop data, process and models to optimize architecture and to evaluate the performance and reliability of designs.
– Plan, design and coordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of systems.
– Assess, test, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures for developed applications.
– Lead and coordinate teams of professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software and other embedded software control systems.
– Work together with other teams to ensure quality delivery of world class applications.
